TL;DR
SAP S/4HANA Master Data Functional Consultant (Fashion): Designing and delivering master data capabilities for an S/4HANA Fashion implementation with an accent on data governance, business partner management, material master management, and data harmonization. Focus on translating business requirements into functional specifications, coordinating System Integrator delivery, validating integrations, and supporting testing, cutover, and go-live.
Location: Málaga, Spain. Work from the Málaga office, in a hybrid model, or fully remotely from home.

What you will do
- Own the functional design of master data processes, standards, and governance frameworks across the SAP S/4HANA Fashion solution.
- Coordinate Business Partner, Site, Material Master, Customer, and Supplier data processes with the Master Data Lead.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and review SAP configuration, enhancements, validation rules, RICEFW objects, and integration designs.
- Collaborate with Sales, Sourcing and Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, business data owners, governance teams, and System Integrator consultants.
- Define and support end-to-end testing, data migration validation, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
- Own post-go-live enhancements and contribute to enterprise master data and cross-functional roadmap initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an SAP Master Data Functional Consultant.
- Participation in at least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation.
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Master Data and cross-functional integration.
- Deep expertise in Business Partner, Site, and Material Master data management.
- Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders and System Integrator consultants on functional delivery.
Nice to have
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Fashion.
- Experience in the fashion, apparel, or footwear industry.
- Experience in multi-entity or global environments.
- Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology.
