SAP MDG Configuration Expert

Location: Remote, restricted to candidates who are US citizens or green card holders; Tulsa, Oklahoma is listed as the job location.

Salary: $120,000–$150,000 per year

What you will do

• Configure and maintain SAP MDG data models, governance workflows, business rules, validations, derivations, and change request processes.
• Support governance for business partner, customer, supplier, material, and financial master data.
• Configure BRF+ rules, duplicate checks, search capabilities, data quality controls, and master data replication.
• Gather requirements, conduct workshops, and translate business needs into SAP MDG solutions.
• Support UAT, defect resolution, deployments, implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and hypercare.
• Collaborate with ABAP developers and integration teams while troubleshooting production issues and improving governance processes.

Requirements

• US citizenship or a green card is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, business, engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of SAP experience, including 3 or more years focused on SAP MDG configuration and support.
• Hands-on experience with SAP MDG, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Workflow, BRF+, SAP Fiori, SAP BTP, data quality management, data migration, and data replication.
• Experience gathering requirements, improving business processes, and supporting enterprise master data governance programs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Nice to have

• SAP MDG or SAP S/4HANA certification.
• Experience working in Agile project environments.
• Knowledge of master data lifecycle processes and data stewardship.
