SAP Lead Functional Consultant/Architect

What you will do

• Lead functional SAP consulting across SAP S/4HANA and core modules including MM, SD, PP, WM, and FICO.
• Design end-to-end SAP solutions aligned with business goals and processes.
• Act as a Solution Architect, ensuring scalable architecture and integration with enterprise systems.
• Guide projects from blueprinting and design through configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Oversee system integration and data migration while supporting functional teams with best practices and complex problem-solving.

Requirements

• 10+ years of SAP consulting experience, including at least 5 years in a lead or senior role.
• Extensive experience in functional consulting and business process optimization.
• Ability to provide end-to-end Solution Architecture for SAP projects.
• Strong knowledge of SAP integration, data migration, configuration, testing, and change management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• English at B2 level is mandatory.

Nice to have

• SAP certification in relevant functional or technical modules.
• Experience with SAP Cloud Solutions such as SuccessFactors, Ariba, or BTP.
• Agile methodology experience or certification.
• Experience with large-scale SAP transformations or migrations.
