What you will do

• Complete extensive training to learn hirify.global’s core business model and develop foundational business knowledge.
• Gain hands-on experience in customer service, operations, analytics, systems, processes, products, and customer interactions.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects and build an understanding of general business practices.
• Review and analyze business reports and data to support organizational growth and continuous operational improvement.
• Interact with executive leaders and prepare for placement into a role aligned with individual strengths and interests after the one-year program.

Requirements

• Business-related bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to multitask and learn quickly.
• Strong customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Ability to work on-site in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
