What you will do

• Complete extensive training on hirify.global’s core business model, products, systems, processes, and customers.
• Gain hands-on experience across customer service, operations, analytics, and other business areas.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects and develop an understanding of general business practices.
• Review and analyze business reports and data to support organizational growth and continuous operational improvement.
• Interact with executive leaders through program activities and mentorship.
• Transition into a role aligned with your interests and strengths after completing the one-year program.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
• Ability to multitask and learn quickly.
• Strong customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Ability to work on-site in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
