What you will do

• Develop and maintain scientific computing platforms and shared analytical environments for data analysis and modeling.
• Design scalable, reproducible, and traceable workflows aligned with FAIR data principles.
• Improve data accessibility and automate routine research processes.
• Build and deploy reusable data-driven tools and applications for scientific research and development.
• Collaborate with scientists and cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions and improve workflows.
• Provide training, documentation, and technical guidance to non-technical users.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree, or a master's degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or a bachelor's degree with 4 years of relevant experience in computer science, engineering, or an equivalent field.
• Experience developing or supporting scientific computing environments, analytical tools, or data science platforms.
• At least 2 years of experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in R or Python and experience accessing data warehouses with SQL.
• Experience developing and deploying data-driven applications using R Shiny, Dash, Streamlit, or similar frameworks.
• Understanding of cloud services, on-premises server management, reproducible research, software lifecycle management, and FAIR data principles.

• Basic understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and pharmacokinetics.
