What you will do

• Analyze large datasets covering inventory, demand forecasts, spending, logistics performance, and other global operations and finance metrics.
• Develop predictive models for demand, inventory levels, and procurement needs using AI, statistical methods, machine learning, and simulation.
• Identify supply chain, order management, logistics, and inventory inefficiencies and implement data-driven improvements.
• Build real-time dashboards for KPIs and supply chain performance metrics.
• Partner with procurement, supply and demand, finance, order management, logistics, manufacturing, IT, and data teams.
• Assess supply chain risks, maintain data repositories, and create simulations for potential disruptions and supplier performance issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a similar role, preferably in supply chain or logistics.
• Strong proficiency in Python, R, and SQL.
• Experience with Tableau or Power BI, cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud, machine learning frameworks, and predictive modeling.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle and supply chain management software.
• Advanced knowledge of inventory management, procurement, logistics, and supply chain best practices.
• Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark.
• Understanding of AI applications for business problem-solving.
