Product Lifecycle Developer (Windchill PLM)

Location: 100% remote within the United States

Salary: $115,000–$135,000 annually

What you will do

• Design, develop, and support customizations, integrations, and enhancements on the Windchill PLM platform.
• Translate manufacturing and product-lifecycle requirements into reliable Windchill solutions.
• Collaborate with PLM consultants and product, design, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders.
• Perform code reviews and design reviews while mentoring more junior engineers.
• Support Windchill upgrades, migrations, troubleshooting, and production stability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of PTC Windchill development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with the Windchill Java API, workflows, lifecycle templates, and object initialization rules.
• Working knowledge of Info*Engine, Windchill integration patterns, JSP/HTML client customization, SQL, and the Windchill data model.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; eligible applicants include U.S. citizens, Green Card holders, EAD holders, and H-1B transfer candidates. New H-1B visa petitions cannot be sponsored.

Nice to have

• PTC Windchill certification.
• Experience with Creo, Arbortext, Windchill RV&S, ThingWorx, or CAD data management workflows.
• Experience operating Windchill on cloud platforms.
