Salesforce Developer

Location: Madrid Office, hybrid

Salary: $65K–$85K annually, plus equity and bonus

What you will do

• Build and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and platform configuration.
• Work across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ and Quote-to-Cash, Experience Cloud, and core platform capabilities.
• Own features end to end, from stakeholder discovery and solution design through testing, deployment, and production support.
• Build reusable data, security, sharing, Apex, and component foundations for other engineers.
• Develop custom integrations and collaborate with the middleware team on MuleSoft, Boomi, and Workato flows.
• Manage deployments through Git, SFDX, and CI/CD, including triage, root-cause analysis, hotfixes, and long-term remediation.

Requirements

• 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience on the core platform.
• Strong production-grade Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flow, data modeling, security, and automation skills.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, named credentials, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, Bulk/Streaming APIs, error handling, retries, and logging.
• Experience with Git, SFDX, CI/CD tooling, AppExchange managed packages, and at least one Salesforce functional domain.
• Required certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and Salesforce Certified Administrator.
• Fluent written and verbal English required.

Nice to have

• Platform Developer II, Platform App Builder, Agentforce Specialist, CPQ Specialist, Service Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Experience Cloud Consultant certification.
• Experience with hardware, storage, networking, or enterprise software companies.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and AppExchange packages.
• Familiarity with MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, and integrations with ERP, billing, or ITSM systems.
• Experience using AI development tools such as Agentforce Vibes, Copilot, or Claude in a Salesforce context.
