What you will do
- Administer and enhance Salesforce CPQ features including product catalogs, bundles, pricing, and Advanced Approvals.
- Design complex automation using Price Rules, Product Rules, QCP, and Flows to support subscription pricing and discounting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CPQ solutions with downstream systems like Zuora.
- Manage the full delivery lifecycle for CPQ projects from requirements gathering to deployment and post-release support.
- Provide mentorship to junior administrators and establish shared platform standards.
- Perform root-cause analysis and address technical debt to maintain platform health.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with full-cycle Salesforce CPQ design and development in a production environment.
- 3+ years of experience developing on Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Strong understanding of SaaS quote-to-cash processes and integration impacts on systems like Zuora.
- Hands-on expertise with Flows, SOQL, and Quote Calculator Plugin (QCP).
- Experience supporting mid-size to large organizations with complex stakeholder groups.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to have
- Salesforce Certified CPQ Administrator certification.
- Experience with deployment tools like Prodly.
- Familiarity with Jira for project and backlog management.
- Background in SaaS or usage-based pricing models.
