What you will do

• Administer and enhance Salesforce CPQ features including product catalogs, bundles, pricing, and Advanced Approvals.
• Design complex automation using Price Rules, Product Rules, QCP, and Flows to support subscription pricing and discounting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CPQ solutions with downstream systems like Zuora.
• Manage the full delivery lifecycle for CPQ projects from requirements gathering to deployment and post-release support.
• Provide mentorship to junior administrators and establish shared platform standards.
• Perform root-cause analysis and address technical debt to maintain platform health.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with full-cycle Salesforce CPQ design and development in a production environment.
• 3+ years of experience developing on Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Strong understanding of SaaS quote-to-cash processes and integration impacts on systems like Zuora.
• Hands-on expertise with Flows, SOQL, and Quote Calculator Plugin (QCP).
• Experience supporting mid-size to large organizations with complex stakeholder groups.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Certified CPQ Administrator certification.
• Experience with deployment tools like Prodly.
• Familiarity with Jira for project and backlog management.
• Background in SaaS or usage-based pricing models.
