Senior Salesforce Application Administrator (CPQ)

Location: Remote from Kraków, Poland

Salary: 173,000–259,000 PLN per year, plus annual performance bonus and long-term incentives.

What you will do

• Own day-to-day administration, optimization, scalability, and internal support for Salesforce CPQ.
• Design and deliver product catalogs, bundles, pricing, renewals, amendments, discounting, approvals, and multi-year subscription scenarios.
• Build complex automation and calculations with Price Rules, Product Rules, Quote Calculator Plugin, and Flows.
• Partner with Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Pricing, Finance, Engineering, and technical teams on CPQ and quote-to-cash initiatives.
• Manage project delivery from requirements and solution design through documentation, testing, deployment, and post-release support.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, maintain platform health, and support security and compliance standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle Salesforce CPQ design and development experience in a production environment.
• 3+ years of Salesforce Sales Cloud development, automation, and configuration experience.
• Hands-on expertise with product and bundle setup, Product Rules, Price Rules, discounting, renewals, amendments, and Advanced Approvals.
• Experience with SaaS quote-to-cash processes and downstream systems such as Zuora Billing, Zuora Revenue, and Workday Financials.
• Experience with Flows, SOQL, Quote Calculator Plugin, Jira, deployment practices, and production support.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Salesforce CPQ Administrator and Salesforce Administrator certifications.
• Experience with enterprise Salesforce organizations, Prodly, Data Loader, subscription or usage-based pricing, and admin-team enablement.
