Warehouse Person II (Aerospace)

Location: Bothell, Washington; onsite. Candidates must have valid authorization to work in the United States.

Salary: $19.23–$32.21 per hour, plus potential discretionary bonuses and incentives.

What you will do

• Receive and verify customer repair orders, service repair parts, and other incoming goods.
• Label, store, pick, and deliver materials while recording transactions in Oracle.
• Prepare shipments, repair orders, packaging, and transportation documentation according to ATA300 specifications, customer requirements, and export regulations.
• Perform physical inventories and cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and fulfill customer and repair orders.
• Inspect products for identification, completeness, paperwork, packaging, configuration control, and serialized accountability.
• Maintain inbound and outbound records, photo logs, reports, and supplier or interdepartmental quality feedback.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, or a recognized technical qualification in electronics or electronics technology with relevant experience and training.
• Three years of material-handling or warehouse experience, or two years of avionics quality-control or inspection experience.
• Experience using Oracle and knowledge of warehouse shipping and receiving procedures.
• Valid, clean driver's license; a driving-record background check may be performed.
• Basic math, MS Office proficiency, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage detailed work under pressure.
• Ability to work daily and weekend overtime as required and lift up to 50 pounds.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements and AS9100 requirements.
• Ability to determine product compliance with specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience informally leading a team or determining methods and procedures for new assignments.
