Staff Pharmacist-Ca $30,000 Sign On Bonus

Location: Victorville, California, United States; onsite at Walmart Supercenter 01588

Salary: $47.12–$82.69 per hour, plus performance bonuses and a $30,000 sign-on bonus.

What you will do

• Provide pharmaceutical care, process prescriptions, and accurately dispense medications.
• Counsel customers about healthcare and prescription medication needs.
• Administer immunizations and implement pharmacy programs.
• Follow company policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, HIPAA, and PHI guidelines.
• Model customer service standards and guide pharmacy staff.
• Engage in community activities, outreach, and events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, PharmD, or equivalent FPGE through NABP.
• Pharmacy license required by the job entry date.
• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
• Ability to provide pharmaceutical care, build customer relationships, adapt to patient needs, and address varied medical concerns.
• Onsite work at the Victorville, California location is required.
