Pharmacy Manager-Ca (Pharmacy)

Location: Onsite at 301 Montara Rd, Barstow, California, United States

Salary: $53.85–$94.71 per hour, plus performance-based bonuses and a $75,000 sign-on bonus.

What you will do

• Lead pharmacists and pharmacy staff while overseeing daily pharmacy operations.
• Process and dispense prescriptions, administer immunizations, and provide other patient-care programs in compliance with pharmacy regulations.
• Manage merchandise presentation, pricing, signing, and inventory levels.
• Direct customer service practices and resolve patient needs within company guidelines.
• Oversee community outreach programs and encourage participation in community health initiatives.
• Analyze reports, implement loss-prevention and safety controls, and oversee safety and quality-assurance reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, PharmD, or an equivalent FPGEC qualification from NABP.
• Pharmacy license required by the job entry date.
• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
• Ability to work effectively with patients and healthcare providers.
• Experience analyzing pharmacy performance, patient-outcome, and financial data.
• Ability to manage pharmacy staff and operations.

• U.S. pharmacy-related experience.
