Staff Pharmacist-Ca (Pharmacy)

Location: Onsite at 770 W El Monte Way, Dinuba, California, United States

Salary: $47.12–$82.69 per hour, plus annual or quarterly performance-based bonuses.

What you will do

• Provide pharmaceutical care, process prescriptions, and accurately dispense medications.
• Counsel customers on healthcare and prescription medication needs.
• Administer immunizations and other Walmart pharmacy programs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, HIPAA, PHI guidelines, and applicable regulations.
• Model appropriate customer service practices and guide pharmacy staff.
• Engage with the local community through outreach and community activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, PharmD, or equivalent FPGE qualification through NABP.
• Pharmacy license required by the job entry date.
• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program required.
• Proficiency in pharmaceutical care and implementation of best practices.
• Ability to build effective relationships with customers and partners.
• Adaptability when addressing varied patient healthcare needs.
