Project Manager II, Laboratory (Clinical Research)

Location: Hybrid in Raleigh, New York, Blue Bell, Farmingdale, NY, or Blue Bell, PA

What you will do

• Act as the sponsor’s main contact for central laboratory services and respond to study-specific inquiries.
• Review protocols and amendments, coordinate Clinical Laboratory Worksheets, and communicate requirements across laboratory and clinical teams.
• Enter protocol parameters into PACS, ICOLIMS, and related systems; prepare and quality-check study materials.
• Create and maintain communication, escalation, monitoring, study-file, and archiving processes throughout the study lifecycle.
• Provide study management reports, client support for ICOLabs, and regular progress updates.
• Monitor study budgets, shipment timelines, sample-storage requests, and data verification; represent hirify.global at sponsor and investigator meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or local equivalent in Science, Business, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a clinical laboratory, clinical trials, or customer/account management role within a life sciences organization.
• At least 2 years of project management experience in a clinical-trial service area such as IVRS, clinical supplies, medical imaging, data management, or electronic data capture.
• Working familiarity with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
