Senior Project Manager (Rare Disease)

Location: United States of America

Annualized minimum base pay: $122,000 USD; actual compensation depends on qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency.

What you will do

• Coordinate global project teams across Regulatory, Clinical Operations, Biometrics, and Medical Affairs/Safety to achieve milestones and deliver projects.
• Manage project budgets, scope, costs, timelines, and profitability.
• Ensure project activities follow approved plans, processes, policies, and procedures.
• Act as the primary client liaison and lead project team meetings and teleconferences.
• Support business development through proposal development and presentations.
• Build client relationships to generate future and additional business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a clinical, biological, or science-related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience in a CRO, pharmaceutical, biotech, or specialty pharma environment.
• Project-level budget, finance, and costing experience.
• Experience managing complex clinical trials across multiple phases and the full project lifecycle.
• Global project management experience.
• In-depth knowledge of multiple therapeutic areas and protocols involving rare disease indications.
