Customer Service Representative - Bilingual (French)

Location: On-site at the Toronto Branch in Milton, Ontario. Full-time hours are Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6 PM.

Salary: $35–$40 per hour, with significant growth and earning potential.

What you will do

• Process customer orders, handle account inquiries, and make product recommendations using customer service technology.
• Answer product, pricing, and shipping questions accurately and efficiently.
• Build customer relationships through phone, email, and chat.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Help customers navigate the website and online ordering process.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening, and communication skills.
• Fluency in both verbal and written English and French.
• Customer service experience is helpful but not required.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred.
