Warehouse Management Trainee - Overnights (Warehouse Operations)

Location: Onsite at the Wisconsin Distribution Center in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. Overnight schedule: Sunday through Thursday, 7:00 PM–3:30 AM. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.

Pay: $32–$36 per hour, including a $4 shift differential.

What you will do

• Complete an 18-month rotational program covering warehouse operations and leadership.
• Train across inbound, outbound, and supporting warehouse departments.
• Develop management skills that support accuracy, safety, and operational performance.
• Complete forklift and warehouse equipment certifications during rotations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced warehouse management environment.
• Self-motivated, collaborative approach with the ability to multitask.
• Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work the overnight Sunday–Thursday schedule onsite in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin.
