Product Engineer (React/Node.js)

hirify.global is building an AI growth platform for real estate. The Series C product company serves more than 90,000 real estate professionals and has reached $100M in annual recurring revenue.

What you will do

• Build and scale internal tools for Customer Success, Sales, Onboarding, and Engineering.
• Partner with internal teams to identify operational bottlenecks and deliver high-leverage products.
• Architect and evolve the Scout internal platform across React frontends, NestJS backends, and integrated data systems.
• Use AI development agents to write, review, test, and ship production code.
• Own ambiguous problems end-to-end, from defining the need and designing the solution to implementation and support.

Requirements

• Senior or Staff-level experience as a full-stack engineer in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Deep expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
• Experience building scalable backend services, preferably with NestJS, and designing GraphQL APIs with code-first resolvers.
• Strong database fundamentals with Sequelize and PostgreSQL, including integration testing against real databases.
• Experience with feature flags, rigorous testing, observability, and modern DevOps environments.
• Autonomous, product-oriented approach with strong systems thinking and empathy for internal users.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI development tools and workflows such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Orca.
• Experience with Bull, Redis, Salesforce, Snowflake, Dialpad, Zoom, Front, or Anthropic integrations.
