TL;DR
Product Engineer (AI) (Fullstack/LLM): Building and shipping AI-native product tools for millions of creators and entrepreneurs with an accent on end-to-end ownership, full-stack development, and AI-assisted engineering. Focus on integrating LLM-powered features and AI agents, solving ambiguous product problems, and measuring user and business outcomes.
Location: Hybrid in Vilnius or Kaunas, with the option to work from home or anywhere in the world.
Salary: €5,600–€7,600 gross per month, based on experience and competence.

What you will do
- Own customer problems end to end, from identifying pain points through production delivery and impact measurement.
- Build across the frontend, backend, and infrastructure layers as required by the problem.
- Use AI agents for coding, analysis, testing, and iteration.
- Collaborate directly with designers, product managers, data specialists, and engineers in autonomous squads.
- Identify team bottlenecks and improve engineering workflows through automation and delegation to AI agents.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building and shipping products used by real users.
- Full-stack experience with Node backend and Vue, React, or Angular frontend development.
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools in a real engineering workflow and shipping meaningful results with AI assistance.
- Strong product mindset, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to communicate technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with REST APIs, PostgreSQL or MySQL, TypeScript, and disciplined testing.
Nice to have
- Message queuing with RabbitMQ, BullMQ, or GCP Pub/Sub.
- Vue 3 Composition API and Pinia.
- Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD exposure.
- Production experience building or integrating LLM-powered features or AI agents.
- Grafana, Prometheus, monorepo, or Vite experience.
