What you will do

• Design and conduct customer service training sessions using varied instructional techniques.
• Evaluate training needs and recommend improvements to processes and procedures.
• Coordinate with training teams at hirify.global's corporate headquarters and regional facilities.
• Create a welcoming learning environment that supports employee growth and development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in adult learning, corporate training, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with existing and emerging training methods and tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
