Operations Support Specialist

Location: Onsite in Dublin, Ohio, United States. Travel may peak at 90%.

What you will do

• Lead new customer contract implementations and provide backup coverage for OSS Site Managers.
• Support site safety operations and act as a liaison with corporate safety teams.
• Prepare Bills of Lading and waste manifests, and schedule waste and recycling transportation and disposal.
• Coordinate process-improvement initiatives to increase program efficiency and profitability.
• Serve as the site HR lead and corporate HR liaison.
• Assess customer waste-management equipment needs and support business-case proposals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Business, or a relevant technical field.
• Ability to learn and apply RCRA, DOT, and EPA regulations for hazardous-waste storage, packing, transportation, and disposal.
• Strong organizational, communication, presentation, teamwork, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass company physical and drug-screen tests and participate in the medical-surveillance program; 1–2 years of related industry experience is desired.
