Workday Interface Developer (Workday)

Location: 100% remote within the United States

Salary: $100,000–$118,000 annually

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday and enterprise applications.
• Deliver production integrations using EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday APIs.
• Translate ambiguous requirements into reliable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions.
• Collaborate with product, design, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders.
• Contribute through code reviews, design reviews, troubleshooting, and mentorship of junior engineers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Workday integration development experience; 6+ years of overall experience listed for the position.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Deep expertise in EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, XSLT, and Studio orchestrations.
• Hands-on experience with Workday REST/SOAP APIs, data models, tenant configuration, and security patterns including ISU/ISSG.
• Familiarity with calculated fields and custom report design, plus strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States as a U.S. citizen, Green Card holder, EAD holder, or H-1B transfer candidate.

Nice to have

• Workday Pro Integrations certification.
• Experience with PICOF, PECI, or Cloud Connect for Payroll.
• Familiarity with Workday Extend and multi-tenant or multi-region deployments.
• Experience integrating Workday with SaaS platforms such as ServiceNow or Salesforce.
