Fullstack Software Development Engineer II, High Value Send (Fintech)

Location: Seattle, Washington, United States; hybrid work with onsite attendance Tuesday through Thursday each week.

Salary: $144,000–$180,000 annual base salary, plus equity and additional compensation components.

What you will do

• Develop reusable, scalable, well-tested, observable, documented, efficient, and resilient solutions across React Native, TypeScript, Go, Java/Kotlin, and AWS.
• Build customer experiences for the US remittance business across onboarding, payment, and disbursement.
• Create rapid prototypes to solve complex customer and product problems.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and analysts to improve customer experiences.
• Contribute to software architecture, technical roadmaps, code reviews, sprint rituals, hiring, and mentoring.
• Use AI-powered development tools while maintaining quality and security standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 1+ years of experience with React or React Native.
• Professional experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, Kotlin, Java, or Go.
• Strong computer science, web, and native app fundamentals, including design patterns.
• Knowledge of basic architecture, systems design, and agile practices.
• Excellent collaboration skills.
