ServiceNow Solutions Architect

Location: 100% remote within the United States

Salary: $150,000–$200,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead the design, governance, and long-term evolution of the ServiceNow platform.
• Define architecture standards for data, integrations, security, and platform customization.
• Guide enterprise implementations across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and custom applications.
• Design CMDB, discovery, service mapping, and complex IntegrationHub and REST API solutions.
• Lead major platform upgrades, release planning, and multi-year roadmap development.
• Influence engineering, business, and executive stakeholders through strong architecture and communication.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of ServiceNow experience, including architecture or technical leadership.
• Deep expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules, including the data model, scripting, scoped apps, and platform internals.
• Hands-on experience with IntegrationHub, REST APIs, CMDB, discovery, service mapping, platform security, ACLs, and role design.
• ServiceNow CTA, CIS, or CSA certification and excellent stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect credential.
• Experience with Now Assist, GenAI Controller, or other AI-driven ServiceNow features.
• Experience with multi-instance, multi-region deployments and integrations with Workday, Salesforce, or SAP.
• Familiarity with HAM Pro, SAM Pro, or App Engine Studio.
