Solutions Architect (AI)

Location: Redwood City or San Francisco, California, United States; work from the assigned office at least 3 days per week.

Base salary: $128,000–$160,000 USD per year, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Define, architect, and deliver complex custom solutions using hirify.global configurations and APIs, SaaS technologies, integration technologies, and partner tools.
• Advise enterprise customers on custom document vaults, large-scale content migrations, and integrations with CRM systems.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and partners while driving adoption of hirify.global products and platform capabilities.
• Support sales and field teams by understanding customer needs, shaping future-state architectures, and leading pre-sales scoping.
• Create project scopes, statements of work, technical specifications, business requirements, and repeatable industry playbooks.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions Consultants to support go-to-market execution, bookings, capacity forecasting, and revenue targets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of development, consulting, or professional services experience.
• Expertise in cloud solution architecture and system design, including APIs, DevOps, infrastructure, middleware, scale limits, and rate limits.
• Experience with one or more of Python, TypeScript, Node.js, Java, .NET, or Visualforce.
• Working knowledge of REST APIs and JSON, with the ability to explain complex technical solutions to technical and non-technical audiences, including executives.
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments and collaborate across Sales and Customer Success.
• A driver's license may be required for client visits onsite.
