QA/CX Manager (Data Centers)

What you will do

• Support site project managers with QA/Cx program compliance across commissioning stage gates and key project milestones.
• Manage the CxA and ensure commissioning deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Provide on-site technical and process guidance to the CxA, general contractor QC, and commissioning managers.
• Coordinate deferred commissioning testing and support commissioning-related warranty items.
• Track checklist completion, issues, NCR status, escalation processes, and overall commissioning readiness.
• Report commissioning performance at both project and program levels and escalate deviations from program standards.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience supporting quality assurance in critical facilities environments.
• 5+ years of experience with construction management software, including Cx Alloy and Procore.
• Strong decisiveness and judgment when addressing time-sensitive matters.
• Excellent organization and time-management skills for handling multiple priorities.
• Ability to set realistic deadlines and plan daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly progress.
