QA/QC Manager (Construction)

Location: St. Louis, Missouri, United States; requires extensive travel of 75% or more to jobsites and facilities.

What you will do

• Assist operations with implementing and maintaining QA/QC programs.
• Conduct jobsite and facility visits, inspections, and assessments against project specifications and industry standards.
• Lead and support QA/QC orientations, progress update meetings, and training sessions.
• Perform audits, identify quality concerns, take corrective action, and document findings.
• Build working relationships with project managers, foremen, superintendents, customers, vendors, and regulatory authorities.

Requirements

• QA/QC experience in the construction industry.
• 5 or more years of industry experience and training.
• QA/QC certification in ISO or from the American Society for Quality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license for the vehicles driven and an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to travel extensively, at least 75% of the time.
