QA/QC Manager

Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

What you will do

• Provide technical expertise for quality programs, including inspection, testing, training, audits, and statistical methods.
• Create inspection reports documenting work-area conditions and compliance with requirements.
• Recommend corrective actions and apply quality tools to solve and assess problems.
• Validate and verify contractually required standards for project execution.
• Maintain quality standards for products, procedures, and materials within the work scope.
• Lead team members and manage functional objectives, quality processes, and performance results.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree.
• 9+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with quality systems, inspection and testing techniques, audits, and quality tools.
• Knowledge of performance evaluation and prediction methods related to product safety, reliability, and maintainability.
• Leadership experience within a quality function or related discipline.
