Location: Bellevue, Washington; Chicago, Illinois; or San Francisco, California
Annual base salary: $117,000–$160,000 for candidates in California excluding the San Francisco Bay Area, Colorado, Illinois, New York, and Washington; $104,000–$143,000 for another applicable location range. Equity, bonus, and benefits may also apply.

What you will do
- Develop concepts, designs, and final executions for digital experiences on okta.com.
- Translate marketing briefs into thoughtful digital design solutions that support user engagement and click-through rates.
- Present ideas clearly, incorporate feedback, and deliver work efficiently.
- Collaborate with Brand, UX, Digital Strategy, Content, Development, and Production teams to launch brand-led digital experiences.
- Maintain brand consistency and high design quality across projects.
- Track design and industry trends while working from high-level concepts through detailed execution.
Requirements
- World-class portfolio demonstrating digital design work.
- Extraordinary copywriting skills and 5+ years of copywriting experience in a creative agency or client-side group.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to present to executives and leaders.
- Experience managing multiple projects and collaborating across functions.
- Expert knowledge of the creative process and collaboration with UX strategy and design, developers, and web producers.
- Working knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Google Suite, plus 3–5 years of experience using design systems for digital marketing websites.
