Senior Account Manager (Video Gaming)

What you will do

• Own day-to-day business operations and overall relationship health for assigned partner studios.
• Build knowledge of partner portfolios, live services, business priorities, and long-term strategy.
• Identify commercial opportunities and suitable content for PlayStation Services, PlayStation Direct, and platform campaigns.
• Coordinate business planning sessions, joint business reviews, performance reviews, post-mortems, and governance activities.
• Prepare account reports, present data and insights, and support budgeting, forecasting, and annual KPI delivery.
• Maintain partner and process documentation, track CRM progress in Salesforce, and facilitate media events and B2B requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 10+ years of experience in sales, account management, publisher relations, studio relations, technical account management, or comparable revenue-focused roles.
• Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Analytical mindset and experience working with data.
• Ability to manage strategic partner relationships and coordinate commercial and operational objectives.
