TL;DR
Senior Consultant (Rewards Advisory): Supporting clients with EU Pay Transparency, pay equity and broader workforce transformation projects with an accent on reward strategy, job architecture and analytical client advisory. Focus on analysing workforce and market data, developing practical recommendations, facilitating stakeholder workshops and managing project workstreams.
Location: Anywhere in Germany, with remote working combined with client travel and in-person team collaboration when needed.

What you will do
- Support EU Pay Transparency and pay equity projects.
- Analyse reward, workforce, job and market data and translate findings into practical recommendations.
- Help develop job architectures, career frameworks and transparent reward structures.
- Facilitate workshops with HR and business leaders and present recommendations to clients and senior stakeholders.
- Manage defined project workstreams, maintain client relationships and contribute to proposals and new solutions.
- Collaborate with colleagues across Rewards, Organisation Strategy, Leadership Development, Digital and Executive Search, using technology, data and AI to improve delivery.
Requirements
- Approximately four or more years of relevant experience in consulting, Rewards, HR advisory, people analytics, workforce transformation or another analytical client-facing role.
- Strong analytical, structured problem-solving and consulting skills.
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly and confidence presenting recommendations to clients and senior stakeholders.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Entrepreneurial, pragmatic and collaborative approach.
Nice to have
- Experience in Total Rewards, compensation and benefits, EU Pay Transparency or pay equity.
- Experience with job evaluation, grading, job architecture, career frameworks or reward strategy.
- Background in organisation design, workforce transformation, talent management, M&A, HR transformation, people analytics or HR technology.
- German language skills are strongly preferred.
