Product Manager - AI

Location: Lehi, Utah, United States; local Utah employees work onsite five days a week.

What you will do

• Speak regularly with dealership and service-center managers to understand their workflows, problems, and success metrics.
• Shape the strategic direction of the Automotive AI platform and own key initiatives within the Auto vertical.
• Design and ship outcome-driven AI agents that automate high-value sales and service workflows.
• Expand the platform across inbox, phones, payments, CRM, and first-party and third-party integrations.
• Partner with engineering, design, partnerships, finance, legal, sales, onboarding, and customer success.
• Write user stories and specifications, test features, and iterate on product solutions.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of product management or related industry experience, with an emphasis on technical products.
• Strong ownership and the ability to identify opportunities and drive projects with minimal oversight.
• Solid understanding of AI agent design, human-in-the-loop patterns, and enterprise integrations.
• Ability to translate customer insights into prototypes, product stories, and demos.
• Ability to work onsite five days a week when based locally in Utah.

Nice to have

• Hands-on coding experience.
• Background in ML, LLMs, or large-scale systems integration.
• Startup, founder, or entrepreneurial experience.
• Experience in vertical SaaS or local business software, including Automotive, Healthcare, or Home Services.
• Experience leading partner integrations, channel expansion, or business initiatives beyond product development.
