VP of Sales (AI)

Location: Onsite in Lehi, Utah, at the headquarters 5 days per week

What you will do

• Own and execute the SMB sales strategy for AI agents.
• Lead, mentor, attract, and retain a high-performing sales organization, including sales leaders and individual contributors.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to define and implement go-to-market strategies and sales plans.
• Guide strategic deals, lead complex negotiations, and support strategic selling.
• Manage revenue targets, sales goals, performance metrics, pipeline development, and forecasting.
• Analyze the competitive landscape and help shape the strategy for the Home Services vertical.

Requirements

• SaaS sales experience and a strong background in SMB outbound sales.
• 5+ years of sales leadership experience, including leading other leaders.
• Proven success exceeding revenue goals and building and scaling high-performing sales teams.
• Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies and sales plans.
• Ability to train and develop talent, with strong communication, leadership, collaboration, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Lehi, Utah, 5 days per week.
