Senior Product Manager, Rider and Driver Mobile Experience (AI)

Location: New York City, United States

Base salary: $150,000–$200,000 per year, plus variable pay and equity.

What you will do

• Define and execute the product strategy for next-generation rider and driver mobile platforms.
• Use AI and emerging technologies to expand mobility products across geographies, user profiles, and transportation providers.
• Develop scalable functionality for complex mobility services, including policies for payments and user communications.
• Turn user research, operational insights, feedback, and metrics into product specifications and success criteria.
• Build data-informed prioritization frameworks, evaluate feature ROI, and guide product scoping and roadmaps.
• Coordinate day-to-day execution across Engineering, QA, Operations, and Business teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in successful startups or globally scaled companies.
• Experience owning broad product portfolios or leading a product domain and building category-leading products.
• Ability to understand market research, customer feedback, technical requirements, and constraints.
• Experience identifying and shipping AI-powered product solutions.
• Success managing the full product lifecycle from planning and development through launch.
• Strong analytical skills, business acumen, communication, prioritization, and independent execution.
