TL;DR
Program Manager B-2 Div (WBZ) (Aircraft Acquisition and Sustainment): Supporting the modernization, testing, production, fielding, and sustainment of B-2 aircraft and related systems with an accent on acquisition lifecycle management, integrated scheduling, risk analysis, and test documentation. Focus on coordinating milestone deliverables, evaluating contractor schedules and EVM systems, and supporting DoD and USAF program decisions.
Location: Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma, United States; Workplace: On-site

What you will do
- Support B-2 aircraft acquisition programs across research, development, production, testing, fielding, sustainment, and modernization.
- Coordinate program documentation, milestone packages, acquisition strategies, requirements, contracts, and executive briefings.
- Develop and maintain integrated master plans and schedules, including schedule networking, status tracking, and schedule risk assessments using Monte Carlo simulation tools.
- Support risk management, business case analyses, cost and logistics assessments, Integrated Product Teams, and Product/Process Improvement Working Groups.
- Evaluate contractor schedules and Earned Value Management systems and provide program assessments and recommendations to leadership.
- Prepare and review test and evaluation documentation, coordinate acceptance test procedures, and support technical and acquisition reviews.
Requirements
- Top Secret clearance required.
- Master’s or Doctorate degree plus 10 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in the DoD; or Bachelor’s degree plus 12 years, including 5 years in the DoD; or 15 years of directly related experience with required certifications, including 8 years in the DoD.
- Knowledge of current DoD and USAF acquisition regulations, guidelines, and processes.
- Ability to manage official records in accordance with AFI 33-322.
- Experience with acquisition program management, integrated scheduling, risk management, test and evaluation, logistics, and program documentation.
