Accounts Receivable Specialist - Bilingual (French)

Location: On-site at the Toronto Branch in Milton, Ontario, Canada. Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM.

Salary: $36–$40 CAD per hour, with significant growth and earning potential.

What you will do

• Manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts through phone and email relationships.
• Resolve past-due balances by identifying root causes and developing payment solutions with customers.
• Maintain accurate account records and document collection activity and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with Cash Applications, Credit, Customer Service, and Sales to reduce aging and minimize bad debt.
• Identify process improvements that enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Fluent written and verbal English and French.
• At least one year of collections, accounts receivable, or customer service experience is preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused, solution-oriented mindset.
