Compensation: $107,552–$182,838 per year

What you will do

• Develop new business and expand the existing customer base through commercial credit, depository, and fee-based financial services.
• Call on existing and prospective customers, prepare loan and sales proposals, and negotiate credit terms.
• Analyze financial statements and manage the growth, quality, and risk of an assigned commercial loan portfolio.
• Process new loan requests, credit reviews, modifications, renewals, closings, collections, and loan documentation.
• Participate in Credit Committee meetings and present complete, accurate credit recommendations.
• Coordinate appraisals, construction draws, project inspections, and action plans for customers with weakening financial conditions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of financial institution lending experience with increasing responsibility and performance.
• Proven ability to underwrite complex credits and negotiate terms with sophisticated borrowers.
• Knowledge of lending compliance, policies, and procedures, plus broad knowledge of bank products and services.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Current NMLS licensing and compliance with National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry requirements.
• Strong communication, business judgment, confidentiality, integrity, time management, attention to detail, and PC, web, database, and Excel skills. Unrestricted United States work authorization is required; future sponsorship is not available.
