What you will do

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a broad range of cardiovascular conditions in an outpatient setting.
• Develop longitudinal relationships with patients and optimize treatment plans for acute and chronic cardiac disease.
• Collaborate with cardiologists, primary care physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary stakeholders.
• Support preventive care, chronic disease management, quality outcomes, and patient quality of life.
• Provide coordinated, patient-centered care across academic and community healthcare settings.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited or approved Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current Nurse Practitioner license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Ability to work cooperatively with a broad range of healthcare disciplines and stakeholders.
• Cardiology, primary care, internal medicine, or related advanced practice experience is preferred.
