Clinical Project Manager

Location: Buenos Aires, São Paulo, or Mexico City; remote or office work is available.

What you will do

• Develop and manage detailed clinical project plans covering timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate delivery against project objectives.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage stakeholder expectations through regular updates, communication, and alignment.
• Prepare and present project reports, status updates, and performance metrics.
• Support programme management delivery and develop team capability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Significant project management and team leadership experience.
• Experience managing clinical trial projects in the United States.
• Successful track record of delivering projects within scope, time, budget, and quality constraints.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies; willingness to travel approximately 30%.

Nice to have

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
