Calibration Project Manager (Automotive)

Engineering and technology consulting organization supporting automotive, railway, IT, R&D, and Telecom & Media clients through a large Moroccan delivery center.

What you will do

• Lead calibration activities across multiple electrified propulsion system projects while meeting quality, cost, and timing objectives.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, deliverables, budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues, manage escalations, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
• Track KPIs, deliverable maturity, project convergence, and validation milestones.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, management presentations, and lead project, management, and quality gate reviews.
• Drive corrective action plans and continuous improvement across project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in technical project management or project leadership.
• Experience in industrial or automotive product development environments.
• Strong skills in budget planning, cost estimation, risk management, issue management, and stakeholder management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with experience using Planisware and PLM systems.
• Fluent French and professional English are mandatory.
