Technical Project Manager (Automotive)

What you will do

• Establish execution governance, operating standards, reporting cadences, and decision-oriented status reporting for senior management.
• Build and maintain integrated plans covering milestones, ownership, dependencies, resources, and delivery commitments.
• Coordinate with R&D groups, technical project managers, architects, and system engineers to prioritize work and resolve trade-offs.
• Lead technical execution discussions, manage risks and blockers, and drive escalations, decisions, and closure across software, systems, infrastructure, testing, and customer-program stakeholders.
• Improve execution with automated reporting, live status views, modern tooling, and AI-assisted workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a relevant technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, or a similar role involving complex technology products.
• Strong planning, risk management, problem-solving, organization, and communication skills, with the ability to understand technical details and maintain a portfolio-level view.
• Ability to lead through influence, align diverse stakeholders, resolve ambiguity, and drive decisions without direct authority.
• Experience working with distributed teams and highly interdependent technical programs.
• Fluency in Hebrew and English is required.

Nice to have

• M.Sc. or MBA.
• Experience in the automotive industry.
