Project Manager | Country Manage

📍Peru, Lima

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Country Manager to support the development and day-to-day operations of our business in Peru, with potential involvement in further expansion across LATAM. This is a hands-on leadership role combining business development, operational management, partner management, market expansion, and team leadership.

Key responsibilities:

✔️ Manage and coordinate day-to-day operations of the Company in Peru.
Build efficient operational processes and ensure a high level of customer service.
✔️ Develop and maintain relationships with car dealers, insurance companies, banks, telematics providers, and other infrastructure partners.
✔️ Coordinate vehicle-related operational processes, including registration, insurance, delivery, storage, repossession, and resale.
✔️ Manage complex and overdue/default cases in cooperation with clients and external service providers.
✔️ Support relationships with governmental, administrative, regulatory, and other local authorities.
✔️ Work closely with Finance to ensure stable banking operations and support relationships with financial institutions.
Participate in the preparation and execution of the annual business plan and budget.
✔️ Support the launch of new products, services, and operational processes.
✔️ Build, coordinate, and manage local teams as the business grows.

We are looking for someone with:
— experience in automotive, leasing, fleet management, car rental, VTC/ride-hailing, financial services, or a related sector.
— Good understanding of the new and used car market.
Understanding of VTC / mobility business models, operational specifics, and constraints.
— Experience in launching new businesses, products, projects, or operations.
— Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
— Ability to work independently in a fast-growing and entrepreneurial environment.
