Lead Product Manager (ROI and Reporting)

What you will do

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end evolution of reporting and analytics capabilities.
• Expand reporting products from frontline management use cases to enterprise stakeholders in operations, finance, and EHS.
• Define the product-level ROI narrative and develop capabilities that help customers measure progress against North Star metrics.
• Balance major innovations with focused improvements that increase product value and support enterprise expansion.
• Partner with sales on strategic opportunities, translating complex capabilities for senior buyers and supporting large deals.
• Lead designers and engineers around product vision, measurable KPIs, and practical delivery across complex data and infrastructure dependencies.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, including platform, infrastructure, data, or technically adjacent products.
• Experience building customer-facing analytics, reporting, or data products and collaborating with data and infrastructure engineers on modeling and pipelines.
• Ability to manage cross-functional data dependencies, define upstream requirements, and connect technical decisions to customer outcomes.
• Experience moving products from SMB or mid-market customers toward enterprise use, including strategic deals and senior-buyer engagement.
• Demonstrated success expanding products from operational users to operations, finance, and EHS leaders.
• Strong product judgment, prioritization, communication, influencing, and multidisciplinary team-alignment skills.
