WMD and CBRN Strategist (Defense)

Location: Lexington Park, Maryland, USA; remote work is available, with occasional in-person work at a Booz Allen or customer facility possible.

Salary: $112,900–$257,000 annualized USD

What you will do

• Develop strategic visions and recommendations for planning, programming, budgeting, and execution.
• Assess WMD and CBRN threats, identify capability gaps, evaluate probability and impact, and prioritize programs.
• Provide strategic guidance for Army emergency and crisis management projects.
• Develop and oversee multi-year acquisition and fielding strategies.
• Develop and implement inter-agency policies at the senior level.
• Advise teams and senior stakeholders on complex defense and homeland security missions.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in military or industry crisis response or emergency management leadership.
• 5+ years of experience developing and implementing inter-agency policies at the senior level.
• 5+ years of experience providing direct oversight of multi-year acquisition and fielding strategies at the senior level.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance and meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Nice to have

• Experience with military communication system sustainment and modernization strategies.
• Knowledge of military personnel management.
• Master's degree.
