Solution Engineer (AI/Low-Code)

Location: Remote with periodic travel required, including mandatory travel to the Denver, CO office for in-person meetings, training, and collaboration.

Salary: $115,000–$125,000 per year plus incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Lead discovery and technology blueprint sessions to understand client processes, challenges, and goals.
• Design and scope scalable solutions across Quickbase, Mendix, Power Apps, APIs, integrations, and AI.
• Define solution architecture, requirements, assumptions, timelines, statements of work, and level-of-effort estimates.
• Guide tradeoffs across scope, cost, timeline, complexity, and phased delivery value.
• Partner with sales on opportunity strategy, client presentations, technical discussions, and deal structure.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and delivery gaps while improving solutioning frameworks, estimation practices, and reusable assets.

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in solution engineering, consulting, or similar client-facing technical roles.
• Experience with low-code platforms such as Quickbase, Mendix, or Power Apps.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, business processes, and integrations.
• Experience leading discovery, defining requirements and statements of work, scoping work, and developing accurate estimates.
• Familiarity with API and AI solution design and experience partnering with sales on deal strategy.
• Understanding of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
