Senior Production Designer (AI)

What you will do

• Produce high-quality marketing and production design assets.
• Collaborate with designers, strategists, writers, and producers.
• Work within existing design systems and brand guidelines.
• Use Claude and other AI tools to streamline creative workflows and support experimentation.
• Prepare production-ready deliverables with exceptional attention to detail.
• Participate in creative reviews and iterations.

Requirements

• Senior-level production design experience.
• Adobe Creative Suite expertise, especially Photoshop.
• Advanced Figma skills.
• Professional experience using Claude and AI tools in creative workflows.

Nice to have

• Adobe Illustrator and After Effects.
• Motion graphics knowledge.
• Experience in agency environments.
• Experience with AI experimentation in creative environments.
