What you will do
- Develop and evolve the visual identity across internal and external communications.
- Create visual assets for product launches, marketing campaigns, presentations, social media, websites, recruiting, events, and merchandise.
- Establish and maintain brand guidelines, templates, and visual systems for consistent execution.
- Translate broad concepts into polished, compelling visual assets and branded experiences.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, recruiting, and other cross-functional teams on creative solutions.
- Own projects from concept through final delivery while managing multiple priorities and maintaining high quality.
Requirements
- Strong professional portfolio demonstrating visual design, brand design, or identity development experience.
- Excellent understanding of typography, layout, composition, visual hierarchy, and visual communication.
- Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong creative problem-solving, collaboration, communication, and independent decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment with ambiguity and limited direction.
- Must be based in the United States and work remotely from the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience building or evolving a visual identity for an early-stage or developing brand.
- Experience working with technology, AI, software, or fast-growing digital products.
