Senior Production Designer

Location: Remote statewide in Texas; Houston-area candidates must work a hybrid schedule.

hirify.global is recruiting for a Houston-based production studio supporting organizations through market insights, business process improvement, marketing campaigns, and strategic consulting.

What you will do

• Design, refine, and produce digital and print marketing assets from concept through final production.
• Perform quality control on layouts, typography, imagery, color, spacing, and file integrity.
• Adapt campaign assets across formats, channels, and specifications while maintaining brand consistency.
• Build HTML5 digital advertising assets and interactive deliverables.
• Prepare production-ready files for commercial print, digital publishing, and large-format applications.
• Collaborate with designers, art directors, copywriters, developers, account teams, and production specialists to preserve design intent and resolve production issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of professional production design or production art experience, preferably in an agency environment.
• Exceptional portfolio demonstrating production craftsmanship across print and digital media.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
• Strong proficiency with Figma and experience producing HTML5 digital advertising assets.
• Extensive knowledge of commercial print production, prepress, color management, file preparation, responsive design, and digital production requirements.
