Sr Manager, Accounts Receivable (SaaS)

Salary: $160,000–$175,000 annually across U.S. geographic markets.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end order-to-cash operations, including sales order processing in Salesforce, invoicing in NetSuite, collections, and payment application.
• Oversee recurring, usage-based, and consolidated billing models across varied subscription and payment configurations.
• Own monthly and quarterly cash collections forecasts using aging analysis, historical collection rates, customer behavior, and risk-adjusted collection probabilities.
• Analyze DSO trends, forecast variances, and root causes, presenting findings and action plans to the Corporate Controller and senior leadership.
• Develop billing and payment system roadmaps, reporting automation, exception alerts, and process improvements with Finance, Sales, Legal, Customer Success, Biz Ops, and Internal Applications.
• Manage, coach, and develop the accounts receivable team while identifying staffing needs to support company growth.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of management experience in billing, accounts receivable, or related revenue operations.
• Deep expertise in billing, payments, policies, and end-to-end order-to-cash processes.
• Experience with acquisition integrations and migrating customers into existing billing platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, communication, cross-functional leadership, customer communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work closely with Sales and Deal Desk, Business Operations, Customer Success, Revenue, Legal, Internal Applications, and Biz Ops.

Nice to have

• Experience in fast-growing SaaS or enterprise software organizations.
• Experience with recurring and usage-based billing models.
• NetSuite, Salesforce, and Stripe experience.
• Experience with API integrations, enterprise SaaS platforms, or billing automation tools.
